1Who we are

Mythoria: Rise of Valor is an independent online game run by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], [TRADE ADDRESS]. You can reach us through a support ticket or at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Our seller details are on the Notice and seller details page.

2Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• If you are under 18, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian. You may buy Diamonds only if your parent or guardian pays, with their consent (see the Top-Up Terms).
• One account per person. Your account is personal: do not share, lend, sell or buy accounts.

3Your account

• Keep your password secret and your email address up to date. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Tell us at once through Support if you think someone else has used your account.
• You must verify your email address before you can play or buy Diamonds. Accounts that are never verified are deleted after 7 days.

4Acceptable use

You must not:

• cheat, use bots, macros, modified game clients or exploits, or abuse bugs (please report them to us instead);
• harass, threaten or impersonate other players or our staff, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
• sell or buy accounts, characters, items or Diamonds for real money or for anything outside the game;
• try to reach other players' accounts, our servers or our systems without permission, or disrupt the service;
• use Mythoria for anything unlawful.

5Moderation and bans

If you break these Terms we may warn you, mute you, remove what you gained unfairly, stop your access to the game (a ban) or lock your account, depending on how serious it is. A banned player can still sign in to this website and read support replies. To appeal, open a support ticket with the category Account. We review every appeal; our decision after that review is final.

6Diamonds

• Diamonds are in-game currency for one character in Mythoria. They have no cash value.
• Diamonds cannot be sold, cashed out, or transferred to another player, character or account for money.
• Buying Diamonds is covered by the Top-Up Terms. Refunds are only as set out in our Refund Policy and Closure Policy.

7Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove game content, features, prices and rules, and we may stop play for a while for maintenance. We announce planned maintenance on the News and Status pages. If Mythoria closes, our Closure Policy applies.

8Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. This page shows the date and version of the text in force, and earlier versions stay listed below it. We tell you on this website before an important change takes effect. If you keep playing after it takes effect, the new Terms apply to you.

9Our liability

We run Mythoria with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost data or progress caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Please contact us first, so that we can try to solve any problem together. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.

11Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
