Top-Up Terms

1What a Diamond Top-Up is

A Diamond Top-Up is a purchase of Diamonds, the in-game currency of Mythoria: Rise of Valor, for one character you choose. This is a purchase, not a donation. The Diamonds are credited to that character only and cannot be moved to another character or account.

2Prices

• Each pack has a fixed price in Malaysian ringgit (MYR), shown with its value in US dollars (US$). You pay the MYR price.
• The full price, the character and the Diamonds you get are shown before you place your order. We add no fees; your bank may charge its own.
• We may change prices for new orders. An order keeps the price shown when you placed it.

3Spending limits

These limits apply to every account:

• at most US$99.99 per purchase;
• at most US$200 per calendar month, across all your characters;
• at most US$50 in total during the first 7 days after your account was created;
• one pending order at a time.

The Top Up page shows how much you have spent this month and how much you can still spend. We may lower these limits. A transfer that goes over a limit is returned to you, not credited.

4How to pay

• We accept only bank transfer or DuitNow to the business account of [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] shown on your order page. We never ask you to pay a person or any other account.
• Pay the exact amount and use your order code (for example K7Q2M9XD) as the payment reference.
• Upload a screenshot of your transfer on the order page. Hide your balance and any other transactions first.
• An order that is not paid in time expires. You can then place a new one.

5Who may pay

• The payment must come from a bank account in your own name, or from the account of your parent or guardian if they are paying for you.
• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must make the payment, with their consent. When you order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that your parent or guardian is making this payment with their consent.
• We record the payer name you declare. A transfer from anyone else (a third party) is returned to the account it came from and is not credited.

6When your Diamonds arrive

We credit an order only after the money is on our business account statement and the payer name matches. Diamonds are credited within 24 hours after your payment reaches our account. Your order page shows each step. If we have paused top-ups, a transfer that arrives after the pause is returned, not credited.

7Paid and bonus Diamonds

• Paid Diamonds are the base Diamonds of the pack you buy.
• Bonus Diamonds are everything else a purchase adds, exactly as the game server applies them: the first purchase of a pack for a character doubles its base Diamonds, some packs add a fixed extra, and the Monthly Card adds Diamonds every day while it runs.
• We record paid and bonus Diamonds separately for every order. This matters for refunds.
• The Monthly Card runs for 30 days from the day it is credited and never renews automatically. Your account page shows the days left.

8What Diamonds are

Diamonds are in-game currency on this server. They cannot be sold, cashed out or transferred for money. Refunds are only as set out in our Refund and Closure Policy.

9What we never sell

We never offer cash-outs and we never sell accounts or characters. Selling or buying accounts, characters, items or Diamonds for money outside the game breaks our Terms of Service.

10Refunds and closure

When we refund a top-up is explained in our Refund Policy. What happens to your Diamonds if Mythoria closes is explained in our Closure Policy.

11Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
